Traditional Renders

Are you wanting a more traditional render installed on your home?

Traditional renders also known as sand and cement, are a tried and true method for rendering houses. However, advancements allows us to use quality-controlled pre-bagged render that provides an excellent finish for your home. These can be applied by machine or by hand which is applied quicker and creates less mess than the old traditional method.

Once applied you can have your home coloured in a pre-coloured finish or painted to your choice. Our pre-bagged renders typically have a longer lifespan requiring less maintenance and repair over time.

Heritage Renders

Do you have an older property that you would like rendering? Are you in a conservation area?

The East Midlands has some lovely homes which were built before 1900s and due to the materials used to build these homes, a more sympathetic render system needs to be applied which will not damage the structure of your home and allow your home to breathe. This is to ensure moisture can escape to prevent mould appearing within your home.

We use lime based render systems which can be finished naturally or can have a pre-coloured finish applied.
