- We will share your personal data with third party suppliers for the purposes of deliveries and industry checks required as part of our obligations to the Energy Efficiency measures and PAS2030:2023. In such circumstances, the third-party agency may act as a data controller for your information.

What happens if you do not provide information that we request?

- Our client files are stored on our secure client management systems. Access is restricted on our client systems to those within the business who are required to have access to your information for legitimate business purposes.
- Hard copy documentation is stored in locked cabinets.
All data is hosted in datacentres which have systems and protections in place to protect against both unauthorised access, and other external factors that could cause damage to, your personal data. There are strict access requirements in place and access is restricted to those absolutely necessary.
We ensure access to personal information is restricted to WPS Plastering Contractors employees and workers or other persons working for the company on a need-to-know basis.
- For how long do we keep your personal information
When using Cookies within the site, which help you to easily complete forms and comment information, the cookies are kept for one year.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
