Bringing a 1930s House into the 21st Century

Daniel and Paul from Chris Sharp Cabinets in Lincoln had purchased a 1930s house in Lincoln that needed a total renovation including a new single storey extension which would provide the open plan living that so many families want today as well as extending over the garage.

We were approached by Daniel and Paul as they had seen our work on another project in Lincoln (The Edges, Lincoln) and they wanted us to render the house over the new block work on the front, the side and the back elevations as well as the internal porch.

After a site visit with Paul we discussed the possibility of colours and soon settled on ICE from EWI Pro using their silicone render system.

Paul really wanted to ensure the house was finished to a high specification as it was going on the market shortly after completion.

We worked quickly and efficiently to complete a high-quality finish.  The overall result was the house was only the market for a short period before being sold.
